      <image:title>About - Meet Ben</image:title>
      <image:caption>Recognized as a leader in human performance and athletic development, Ben has implemented a safe, competitive and educational training program designed to enhance performance while decreasing the likelihood of injury. Serving as the Head Strength and Conditioning coach for the LA Galaxy from 2009-2014, Ben was then director of Sports Performance for FC Cincinnati from 2016-2017 and a contracted worker for the USMNT and USWNT since 2006. He also worked with EXOS (formerly Athletes Performance) who are recognized as the leader in integrated performance training, nutrition, and physical therapy for elite and professional athletes. At EXOS, Ben worked with over 500 professional athletes including those from the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS and NHL while also serving as High School and College Prep Program director and the regional oversight leader for the US Olympic Committee. Ben is currently the Director of Strength and Conditioning at St. Xavier High School and oversees the Sports Performance programs for several soccer clubs around the region.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>The in-person training model is available for motivated athletes looking to maximize their potential through training from Ben and his staff. IN person training provides immediate coaching feedback and a more personalized Coach-Athlete relationship. In person training is available for private one on one sessions , semi private groups of two, and small groups of 3 to 10 athletes. Each session lasts one hour and will be designed to meet the sport and position needs of each athlete.       <image:caption>This 6 week strength program is designed to provide a total body workout that will enable you to develop the physical skills and qualities needed to set a solid foundation and base for performance in your sport of choice. The foundational strength program is geared for the young aspiring athlete that wants to improve their strength, stability and mobility and be able to have the flexibility to workout on their own schedule. This program comes preloaded with a 3x per week total body workout that can be performed with standard weight room equipment or items around the house and is a good starting point for an athlete interested in combining some strength training to support their sport of choice.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Golf Screen and Assessment is a functional movement screen created to identify physical limitations in a golfer’s body. This movement screen focuses specifically on the golf swing to assess the most efficient way for each player to swing. This assessment is based on the belief that efficiency is unique to a golfer’s body. The TPI Movement Screen will assess: Swing mechanics and biomechanics Physical fitness Movement quality Current health &amp; health history This screen consists of: 16-point Movement Screen: measures how well you move in golf specific movement patterns against PGA norms. Body-Swing Connection Analysis: The screen will correlate the way your body moves against common Golf swing Characteristics.
