Yauss Performance will work with group leadership to develop seasonal and year-round plans to meet the needs of the organization and provide support services tailored to enhance the vision and philosophy of the coaches and organization.

ONSITE TRAINING

Onsite Training is provided for regional based organizations looking to maximize their members athletic performance by receiving in person training by Ben and his contracted support staff. Onsite training is designed to meet the sport specific needs of each athlete and is designed based on the ability to support the club’s vision, philosophy and desired playing style.

REMOTE TRAINING

The online training program gives the organization and athlete more flexibility to train on their own schedule while still receiving some personalized coaching. This is ideal for clubs that are not in the region or those with a demanding schedule or logistical hurdles when it comes to finding space and time to coordinate large groups to meet in person. The remote training plan will typically combine workouts through a streaming service as well as take-home training programs though the MyPThub App

CLINICS/CAMPS

Our youth training programs enable growing athletes to develop the knowledge, strength, and skills they need to improve and compete.

We have two clear cut goals for youth athletes:

2: Reduce their injury risk

ONLINE MEMBERSHIP

The Online Membership gives the client flexibility to train on their own time while still receiving personalized coaching on a monthly basis. The membership consists of an in-depth intake call where we discuss goals, schedule, and what the focus of the workouts will consist of. From here a program will be customized to the clients specific needs and sent at the beginning of each month. The program will consist of multiple training sessions per week depending on the athlete’s needs and schedule.

This training model includes one video call each month to set the program, direct messaging with a coach as needed, and programs delivered through the MyPThub app. This program is ideal for the serious athlete or weekend warrior who is self-motivated and needs flexibility to train on their own schedules.

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

IN PERSON TRAINING

The in-person training model is available for motivated athletes looking to maximize their potential through training from Ben and his staff. IN person training provides immediate coaching feedback and a more personalized Coach-Athlete relationship. In person training is available for private one on one sessions , semi private groups of two, and small groups of 3 to 10 athletes. Each session lasts one hour and will be designed to meet the sport and position needs of each athlete. Packages and rates will vary depending on total number of sessions and group size.

FOUNDATIONAL STRENGTH

This 6 week strength program is designed to provide a total body workout that will enable you to develop the physical skills and qualities needed to set a solid foundation and base for performance in your sport of choice.

The foundational strength program is geared for the young aspiring athlete that wants to improve their strength, stability and mobility and be able to have the flexibility to workout on their own schedule.

This program comes preloaded with a 3x per week total body workout that can be performed with standard weight room equipment or items around the house and is a good starting point for an athlete interested in combining some strength training to support their sport of choice.
