TPI SCREEN

The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Golf Screen and Assessment is a functional movement screen created to identify physical limitations in a golfer’s body. This movement screen focuses specifically on the golf swing to assess the most efficient way for each player to swing. This assessment is based on the belief that efficiency is unique to a golfer’s body.

The TPI Movement Screen will assess:

  • Swing mechanics and biomechanics

  • Physical fitness

  • Movement quality

  • Current health & health history

This screen consists of:

  1. 16-point Movement Screen: measures how well you move in golf specific movement patterns against PGA norms.

  2. Body-Swing Connection Analysis: The screen will correlate the way your body moves against common Golf swing Characteristics.

  3. Individualized Exercise Plan: Exercises and Drills will be tailored to improve your bodies ability to deliver a more efficient golf swing.

The TPI Package includes either an in person or remote screening to go through the test and a corrective training plan providing you with specific exercises to improve your body-swing connection.

This Program is designed to customize the training program completely around the individual. This 6 week program will include a TPI Screen, 6 weeks of strength training workouts and open dialog and communication with your “golf team” to address areas that they are working on with you as it relates to your golf swing to build a program that is completely unique to your swing characteristics and body needs.

MEMBERSHIP

The Online Membership gives the client flexibility to train on their own time while still receiving personalized coaching on a monthly basis. The membership consists of an in-depth intake call where we discuss goals, schedule, and what the focus of the workouts will consist of. From here a program will be customized to the clients specific needs and sent at the beginning of each month. The program will consist of multiple training sessions per week depending on the athlete’s needs and schedule.

This training model includes one video call each month to set the program, direct messaging with a coach as needed, and programs delivered through the MyPThub app. This program is ideal for the competitive golfer to the recreational golfer who is self-motivated and needs flexibility to train on their own schedules.

This 6 week program is a great starting point for any golfer who is looking to add some strength and power to their golf game. Designed with exercises that should be suitable for any standard gym. This 6 week program will start you on your journey to farther drives, improved swing efficiency and hopefully Lower scores on the course.
